Because each piece is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch, and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for our customers, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.

All sales made on our website are final. We encourage you to review product dimensions, descriptions, and photographs carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items Your satisfaction and trust are important to us. The only exception to our no-return policy is if you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect (different from what you ordered).

If this occurs, please follow these steps:

  1. Unboxing Video: You must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the damaged/incorrect item clearly visible.

  2. Notification: Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Once our team reviews and approves your claim, we will arrange for a replacement of the exact 92.5 sterling silver piece. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
